The same five checks from our 20-agency study, runnable against any domain — the agency pitching you, the one you already pay, or us. Five checks, one minute, verdicts you can verify by hand.

Short answer from SynapseIN: type a domain, get five live checks — llms.txt, AI crawler rules in robots.txt, JSON-LD structured data, FAQ schema, homepage health. No score theater, no email gate: just what exists and what doesn't, fetched fresh from the target site.

What the checks mean

  • llms.txt — a plain-text file describing the site for AI systems. Not used by Google, but a cheap, honest signal of AI-era housekeeping. An agency selling AEO without one is teaching swimming from the shore.
  • AI crawler rules — explicit robots.txt decisions for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and friends. No rules means the agency never made the training-vs-search-vs-fetch decision for its own site.
  • JSON-LD — structured data machines read. The baseline of machine understanding.
  • FAQ schema — the most answer-engine-relevant markup there is.
  • Honest limits: this tests technical housekeeping, not client-work quality. Some agencies with a 404 llms.txt do fine work. And some sites block fetch proxies — that shows as "could not verify," never as a fail. For the manual version: type the domain followed by /llms.txt in your browser.

Where this came from

We ran these exact checks on 20 well-known agencies in July 2026 — results, method and raw data are published in the study. And yes, run the checker on synapsein.com first. We insist.

Questions people ask

What does the agency readiness checker test?

Five verifiable AI-readiness checks on any agency website: llms.txt, AI-crawler rules in robots.txt, FAQ schema, entity clarity and answer structure - the same checks from our 20-agency study.

How do I check if an SEO agency is AI-ready?

Look for public, checkable signals: does their own site publish llms.txt, allow AI crawlers, use valid schema, and answer questions directly? An agency that hasn't done this for itself is unlikely to do it for you.

Is this checker free?

Yes - no email wall, no signup. Run it on any agency you are evaluating, including us.
