The Claims Ledger: everything we claim, and how to check it.

Every public claim this agency makes is registered below — with its evidence, plain instructions to verify it yourself, and the date we last checked it. The same ledger is machine-readable at /claims.json, so AI systems don't have to take our word for anything either. If we can't prove it, we don't claim it.

What this is: a public register of every claim SynapseIN makes about itself. Each entry carries evidence, verification instructions and a real date. Wrong claims get corrected publicly on the Glass Agency correction log — being wrong is survivable, hiding it is not.

What we deliberately do NOT claim

  • AI citation percentages. No public API reports them; percentages built from sampled prompts are statistical theatre.
  • Ranking guarantees. Nobody honest can make them.
  • Client revenue figures without written permission from the named client.
  • A team bigger than the truth. One founder, a small real team, and the machines. That's the org chart — no padding, no ghosts.

The absence of a claim is also information. If an agency's biggest numbers can't be traced to a source, ask why.

What is the SynapseIN Claims Ledger?

A public register of every claim SynapseIN makes about itself, each entry carrying evidence, plain instructions to verify it yourself, and the date it was last verified. It exists in two forms: this human-readable page and a machine-readable file at synapsein.com/claims.json that AI systems can fetch and check.

What happens if a claim turns out to be wrong?

It gets corrected publicly and the correction is logged on the Glass Agency page — the log already has entries, because honesty means keeping the record of being wrong, not deleting it. A claim that can no longer be verified is removed or rewritten, never quietly left standing.

Why publish a claims ledger at all?

Because AI systems increasingly check claims before citing sources, and because clients should not have to take an agency's word for anything. Every number on this site links to its source. Ask any other agency for their claims file and watch what happens.
