SynapseIN

Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: if you send your website or business details for an audit, they are used only to respond to your request.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, email address, website URL, selected service interest and message.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, respond to you and discuss possible SEO, AEO, GEO or website work.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not publish your audit details. We do not use your submitted website details as a public case study without permission.

Third-party form processing

The form may use FormSubmit or another form provider to deliver your message by email. If you prefer, you can email directly at hello@synapsein.com.

Contact

For privacy questions, email hello@synapsein.com.

Third-party services this website uses

Some pages call public services directly from your browser. Like any web request, these providers receive your IP address and standard browser headers. SynapseIN does not send them your name or contact details, and does not receive tracking data back from them.

  • Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) — weather forecasts for the demand-forecast tools.
  • GeoJS (geojs.io) and ipapi.co (fallback) — estimate your approximate city from your IP so forecast tools can start with your area. This is an estimate, not GPS.
  • BigDataCloud (bigdatacloud.net) — converts GPS coordinates into a city name, only if you tap the "Near me" button and grant your browser's permission prompt.
  • AllOrigins (allorigins.win) and Corsproxy.io — fallback fetch proxies used by the free audit only when SynapseIN’s own first-party fetch route cannot read the public HTML of the submitted website. These services receive the submitted public URL and standard request information.

The Midnight Letter (email newsletter)

If you sign up for the Midnight Letter, your email address, optional name, the wording of the consent you gave and its timestamp are stored with Brevo (brevo.com), our email service provider. Subscription is double opt-in — nothing is sent until you confirm by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Every letter contains a visible unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribed addresses are kept on a suppression list only so they are never contacted again. Letters are sent from letter@synapsein.com. Your address is used for the letter and nothing else — never sold, shared or used for advertising. To be deleted entirely (including from the suppression list, if you prefer), email Hello@synapsein.com; deletion is completed within 30 days.

Browser storage

Some tools save data in your own browser's localStorage — for example the free audit stores your submitted lead details and results locally so you can revisit them. This data stays on your device, is not a cookie, and you can clear it anytime through your browser settings. We set no advertising or analytics cookies.

Form submissions and retention

Forms on this site send your submission by email to Hello@synapsein.com, processed on our own hosting. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for correction, or ask for deletion — email Hello@synapsein.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (GDPR, CCPA or similar), those rights apply to you and we honour them.

Who we are

SynapseIN is operated by founder Manas Panda, based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Data you submit may therefore be processed in India. For any privacy question, the fastest route is the email above — it is read by the founder, not a compliance inbox.
