See the surge before your customers feel it.
Emergency plumber searches rise before the freeze — not during it. Battery failures follow the first cold night. Fishing trips get booked when the weekend forecast turns calm. We call it latent intent: demand that exists before the customer acts. The tool below auto-detects your city and shows your week the way we read it — or search any city on Earth.
The idea, in one true story
While analyzing Google Search Console data for a plumbing website, we noticed something odd: "emergency plumber" impressions consistently climbed about two days before temperature drops. Not during the freeze. Before it.
Nobody's pipes had burst yet. People were reacting to the forecast — and suddenly remembering what they had postponed.
That gap between the forecast and the phone call is the most valuable 48 hours in local services. Almost every business spends it doing nothing, because they don't know it is happening. The tool above shows you the weather half of that equation, live, for free. The pilot adds the other half: your own search data.
Every trade reads the same sky differently
- Plumbers watch the overnight low: frozen-pipe searches build 1–2 days before the freeze.
- Car mechanics watch the first cold night: weak batteries die at dawn, and the tow-in queue forms by 9 AM.
- HVAC teams watch the first heat spike: "AC not cooling" climbs while the heatwave is still in the forecast.
- Auto glass shops watch temperature swings: a 10-degree jump turns yesterday's chip into today's crack.
- Pest control watches rain after dry spells: pests move indoors two to three days later.
- Fishing guides watch for the opposite — calm, clear windows are booking gold, and customers decide when the weekend forecast firms up.
Same forecast. Fourteen different businesses. That is why generic marketing calendars fail local services — and why weather-aware timing wins.
What a founding pilot member actually gets
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search Console pattern analysis | We analyze 16 months of your real query and impression history against local weather records to find YOUR market's repeatable triggers — not generic assumptions. |
| 72-hour surge alerts | When the forecast matches one of your triggers, you get a plain-English alert: what is coming, which services, what to prepare. |
| Pre-surge ad playbook | Google Ads adjustments timed to the cheap window — before competitors react and CPCs rise with demand. |
| Answer content (AEO/GEO) | Pages built so that when someone asks an AI engine "how do I prep my AC for the heatwave this week," your business is the source it cites — before the surge. |
| Monthly pattern report | What fired, what we predicted, what actually happened. Honest hit-and-miss accounting — misses included. |
The founding pilot deal
We are taking a maximum of 10 businesses into the founding pilot. The trade is simple and honest:
- You get: pilot pricing well below what this will cost once proven, first-mover advantage in your market, and direct access to Manas — not an account manager.
- We get: your permission to publish the results — hit rates, misses and outcomes — as a named or anonymized case study. That is how we prove this in public instead of claiming it in private.
- Either of us can stop after any month. No lock-in. If the patterns do not hold in your market, we will say so in writing.
One seat per trade per metro area — a Phoenix plumber in the pilot means no second Phoenix plumber.
Who this fits
Weather-sensitive local services anywhere in the world: plumbing, HVAC, auto repair, electrical, roofing, pest control, auto glass, locksmiths, towing, water-damage restoration, tree services, lawn care, window cleaning — and opportunity-side businesses like fishing charters and outdoor guides. You need an existing website with Google Search Console history of at least 12 months, because your history is where your market's patterns hide.
Questions this raises
What is latent intent?
Demand that exists before the customer acts — like people searching about frozen pipes when the forecast turns, days before anything bursts. Reading it early turns reaction time into preparation time.
Is the free tool really free?
Yes. It runs on the public Open-Meteo weather API, entirely in your browser, with no signup, no tracking and no stored data. It is the weather layer of our pilot system, published openly so you can judge the logic yourself.
Is this proven?
Honestly: it is an early-stage pilot built on real public data and your real Search Console history. The trigger logic is transparent — you are looking at it live on this page. What is not yet proven is how strongly each pattern holds in each market. That is what the pilot measures, and we publish the results either way.
What data do you need from me?
Read-only access to your Google Search Console property, your service list and your metro area. No access to your ad accounts is required unless you want the ad playbook implemented for you.
Why is it limited to 10 businesses?
Because founder-led analysis does not scale past that honestly, and because exclusive market seats are part of what makes the pilot worth joining.
