🌙 An occasional email
The Midnight Letter.
Written by Manas after the client work is done for the night — which in Bhubaneswar usually means late. No content calendar, no "10 growth hacks", no weekly obligation to say something. A letter goes out when there is genuinely something worth telling you: what broke, what got fixed, what an outside reviewer tore apart, and what you can steal from it.

Short answer from SynapseIN: the Midnight Letter is an occasional email — not weekly, not monthly, just when there's something real. First letter: "What four independent reviews taught us about building a website that survives scrutiny." Double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe in every email, and your address is used for the letter and nothing else.
What you'll actually get
- Post-mortems, not victory laps. The first letter covers the mistakes four independent reviews found in our own site — and what changed because of them.
- One number per letter. A real metric from real work, with context, never dressed up.
- Checklists you can apply without hiring anyone — including us.
- Honest cadence: writing a letter properly takes 1.5–3 hours. That is why it is occasional. Recorded beats scheduled.

The fine print, in plain English
- Double opt-in: nothing is sent to you until you confirm your address by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
- Unsubscribe: one visible unsubscribe link in every letter, honoured immediately, no "are you sure" maze. Unsubscribed addresses go onto a suppression list so they are never re-added by accident.
- Your data: your email, your consent record and its timestamp are stored with our email provider, Brevo. Ask for deletion any time at Hello@synapsein.com and it is done within 30 days.
- No selling, no sharing, no "partners". The list exists for the letter. That is the whole business model of the list: there isn't one.
Prefer to just read the site?
Everything important ends up published here anyway — the letter just gets it to you sooner and with the unpolished parts left in.
